Refunds

Please choose your items carefully, as we do not offer refunds at this time.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. This means no refunds, exchanges, or store credits are available once a sale item has been purchased.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Changed your mind, or need a different size or style? We offer exchanges or store credit on unworn swimwear and apparel if the following conditions are met:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided upon request.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit.
  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If these conditions aren’t met, Double E The Label reserves the right to refuse your return.

Please note:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Store credits are valid for 3 years from the issue date.

To request an exchange or store credit, contact us at doubleethelabel@gmail.com. We’ll aim to get back to you within 48 hours.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Received something faulty? We’re so sorry! Please contact doubleethelabel@gmail.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • Photos clearly showing the damage
  • We will assess your case and, where appropriate, offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Please double-check your order before confirming it. Once placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

Shipping

We ship domestic and worldwide, we aim to dispatch your order within 2–3 business days.

Please Note:
  • Customers are responsible for any international duties and taxes upon delivery.
  • These charges are not included in your shipping cost.
